I first became interested in the Welsh breeds through my grandfather, the late Mr D. P. Meredith, who founded the Vaynor Stud in 1947. The Vaynor prefix is now held by my uncle and I use the Abercriban prefix, but some of my stock originate from Vaynor bloodlines.
